Trade-In FAQ

Common trade-in questions

Do you take trade-ins?

We do — and not just Kubota. Tell us about your current equipment (make, model, year, hours, and condition) using our Value My Trade form and we'll give you an appraisal you can put toward your next machine.

What is my equipment worth?

Value depends on the model, age, hours, condition, and attachments. Submit the details through our trade-in form or bring it by either location, and our team will assess it and get you a fair number.

Is there any cost or obligation to get an appraisal?

None at all. An appraisal is free and there's no obligation to buy or sell. It's simply a fair number for your equipment — what you do with it is entirely up to you.

Do I have to buy a Kubota to trade in my equipment?

Most trades are applied toward your next machine, but you don't have to be trading a Kubota to bring — we appraise any make. Tell us what you're running and what you're after, and we'll find the arrangement that works.

Can I trade in equipment I still owe money on?

Yes. If there's a remaining balance or lien on your equipment, let us know up front — we can often work the payoff into the deal. Bring or note your current loan details so we can give you accurate numbers.

What information do you need to appraise my equipment?

The more detail the better: make, model, year, engine hours, overall condition, and any attachments or recent service. Photos help too. Submit what you have through the Value My Trade form and our team will follow up with anything else we need.
